What if our internet goes down?
VoIP automatically forwards calls to cell phones, other locations, or voicemail if internet is down. Most VoIP systems have 99.999% uptime (less than 5 minutes downtime per year). For critical businesses, we recommend backup internet connection or cellular failover.
What internet speed do we need?
