Operation Buildup
Managed IT and business software · Oxford, Alabama

Your local IT team, and one place to run your whole operation.

We look after the computers, email, security, phones and websites for small businesses in Calhoun County, and we run it all on our own platform: help desk, onboarding, invoices, projects and an AI assistant that knows your company. Let our team run it, or use the platform yourself.

The platform

Everything behind the front counter, connected.

Every module shares the same people, vendors and records, so nothing gets typed twice and nothing falls through the cracks between apps.

Help desk

Staff report problems by email or portal. Every request is tracked, assigned and closed, with a knowledge base so the same question isn't answered twice.

Onboarding & offboarding

New hire on Monday? Accounts, laptop and email are ready. Someone leaves? Access is shut off the same day, every system, with a record of it.

Invoices & approvals

Forward a vendor invoice. AI reads it, matches the vendor and routes it for approval. No more invoices lost in someone's inbox.

Projects

Boards, tasks and due dates for the jobs that matter, tied to the people and vendors already in the system.

Website builder

A fast, mobile-friendly site you edit by dragging blocks. Contact forms drop straight into your customer list.

Email signatures & directory

Every employee's signature, title and phone kept consistent and current from one place, pulled from Microsoft 365.

Atlas, the built-in AI assistant

Ask your business a question. Get the answer, not a report.

Atlas reads across your tickets, invoices, people and projects, and only what each person is allowed to see. It shows where every answer came from.

  • Answers in plain English, with sources
  • Respects each person's permissions
  • Your data stays yours and is never used to train public AI

Questions owners ask

Do I need Platform or Managed?

If someone at your business already handles IT, Platform gives them better tools. If nobody does, Managed puts our team on it and runs Microsoft 365 for you (licenses billed separately at Microsoft's price), plus security and backups.

What does the Platform plan cost?

$29 per user, per month, with a 5-user minimum ($145/month), or $25 per user, per month billed annually. AI invoice reading includes 100 invoices/month; more on request. We set you up through a short demo, and founding customers lock their price for 2 years.

Is $175 per person worth it for a small office?

Add up what you pay today: the help desk or IT person's bill, web hosting, backups, antivirus and the apps you'd retire. Ours includes the platform software too. Microsoft 365 licenses are billed separately at Microsoft's price, the same as you pay now.

Do we have to switch everything at once?

No. Most businesses start with the help desk and onboarding, then add invoices and the website as they go.

Where is our data kept?

[Hosting location and security summary.] Each customer's data is kept separate, and you can export it anytime.

Is there a contract?

Month to month after [TERM]. If you leave, you keep your data, passwords and documents.
